A comprehensive and detailed plan of what exactly to do when you walk into the gym, at home, or wherever you choose to get your workout on.
Weekly modifications and access to a trainer at least once a week.

Why Do I need Programming?
Have you walked into the gym before and thought to yourself, “I have no idea what I’m going to do today?” Have you, or someone you know been working out for a year or more and seen little change outside of the first month or two? Are you the person who hops on the treadmill for twenty minutes, goes into the weight room and hits a few sets of lat-pull downs, some chest press, and maybe some arms and then leaves?
Believe it or not there is a correct way to train your body. Every workout should be planned, and exercise should be performed in a certain order (more or less), with a certain rep-scheme, and with a certain amount of weight. Training for looks, strength, or flexibility, all require different programs. Furthermore, you should consistently be changing the stimulus of your workout so your body can adapt and change.
Stop wasting your time, have someone plan a program for you who knows what the hell they’re doing, and follow it.

Do Professional Athletes have Coaches and Trainers who do their Programming?
Duh.
Chances are you aren’t a professional athlete. (If you are, we apologize and still want your business). And chances are, professional athletes know more about their bodies and how to train themselves than the majority of the population. But why don’t they?
Two of the biggest reasons, are time and perspective.
Gathering all of the knowledge necessary to write a decent strength program, and project it out for 6 months at a time is time consuming. A professional athlete’s time isn’t any more important than your time. Not to you any way. They might have more money, sure, but in the end we all are born, live, and die regardless of how hard we throw a baseball. We have X number of hours in this life and spending it doing the things you love, versus spending unproductive hours in the gym is priceless. Be efficient with your time. Its fleeting.
Second is perspective. No matter who you are, you only see yourself through your own eyes. Having another person program for you, provides another set of eyes and ideas for making decisions that will better your overall fitness. Two heads are better than one.
