Individual Sessions:

Single person:

1 day per week: $80 per session

2 days per week: $70 per session

3 days per week: $65 per session

4-5 days per week: $60 per session

Duo pricing:

2 days per week: $85 per session

3 days per week: $80 per session

4-5 days per week: $75 per session

Packages are sold in 1-2-3 month allotments.

The longer you purchase out a package, the more secure your times will be!

No Rep Life Program

What is it worth to save years on your life? With our No Rep Life program, we will go beyond the basic personal trainer/coach and client/athlete relationship. Our focus will be introducing you to the discipline and dedication it takes to live a healthy life. We will teach you how to move correctly and efficiently in life, whether in the gym or at home. We will set up weekly menus that are created between the coach and athlete to ensure success. And once the 8 weeks are over, a 3 month fully customized program will be provided to you. This is an all-intensive program and will not be offered to everyone as the space is limited to a few clients each month. If you choose to enter this program, we will give you all the knowledge you will ever need to truly add years back to your life.

  • Strength Programs

    Are you interested on bench pressing 300lbs? How about back squatting 400lbs? Or are you just interested in improving on your body’s strength capacity? Our strength programs focus on the core movements you want to develop and provide a consistent overload to increase your specific and overall strength.

  • Bodybuilding

    Have a plan to become a bodybuilder? Or are you interested in simply having a program created to mimic one? In our bodybuilding programs we provide you with specific goals and unique movements to develop a physique you’ve never dreamed of. Supersets, dropsets, rest-pauses, eccentrics, all to make you great. If you have no idea what these are, maybe this is the program just for you?

  • Sport Specfic

    Are you an aspiring college or professional athlete? Are you in your offseason and want to develop the necessary strength and conditioning to make you the best version of you for the upcoming season? If, so these programs may be just for you.

  • Functional Fitness/HIIT

    Are you a functional fitness sport athlete? Do you hope to compete in the functional fitness field? Maybe you want a program that touches on all of the tenets of the functional fitness sports: strength, olympic lifting, powerlifting, kettlebell work, plyometrics, cardiovascular work, gymnastics work, ect? These programs may be for you

  • General Health and Fitness

    “Movement is the elixir to life.” That is a tenet of the No Rep family, and we have programs that are also aimed at people who just want to be healthy.

  • Special Populations

    Everyone can move in one way or another and everyone should. No matter what your limitations may be, No Rep programs can and will figure out a way to improve your overall health and fitness and provide you with a life motivated by movement.
