    Purpose: Shared intensity. Personal attention. Real savings.

    Train with a partner or small group while maintaining the structure and coaching precision of private sessions.

    This is total group pricing, not per-person — keeping training affordable without cutting corners.

    Small-Group Training Memberships (4-Week Month):

    2× week: $680/month $800 / month

    3× week: $960 / month $1,140 / month

    4× week: $1,200 / month $1,440 / month

    5× week: $1,500 / month $1,800 / month

    (Base for two people; +$15 per session for a third participant)

    Policies:

    Price reflects total group cost; members can split however they prefer.

    Once a group contract starts, pricing remains fixed even if a member misses or leaves.

    Each additional participant (+$15/session) increases total rate but keeps per-person cost low.

    Sessions are 60 minutes, programmed for shared goals with individual corrections.

    Our Team & Corporate Sessions are built for groups that want to move better, perform stronger, and stay healthier together.

    These sessions help teams build communication, morale, and physical resilience, leading to fewer injuries, less burnout, and better overall productivity.

General Membership Policies and Terms

These apply to Private and Small-Group memberships.

  1. Commitment Term

    • All training memberships require a minimum three-month commitment.

    • Billing occurs monthly within that term.

    • After the initial three months, a new three-month cycle may begin if both sides agree to continue.

  2. Missed Sessions (Trainer Responsibility)

    • If a trainer misses a scheduled session, No Rep will make every reasonable effort to provide a make-up within the same 4-week cycle.

    • If no mutually agreeable time can be arranged, the session is considered not owed in good faith.

  3. Missed Sessions (Client Responsibility)

    • If a client or group misses a session for any reason, that session is forfeited unless both sides mutually agree to reschedule.

    • Make-ups may be offered at No Rep’s discretion based on availability.

  4. Monthly vs. Session-Based Structure

    • All memberships are monthly billing agreements, not pay-per-session packages.

    • This ensures consistency, accountability, and measurable progress.

    • Missed or rescheduled sessions do not alter monthly billing amounts.
